The New Mexico Water Dialogue, with support from the Interstate Stream Commission, is facilitating dialogue among participants from the Rio Grande basin between Otowi and Elephant Butte. The Middle Rio Grande Water Assembly is participating along with the regional water planning organizations for Jemez y Sangre and Socorro-Sierra to discuss how each region can implement its own plan within the constraints imposed by the basin as a whole.  Additional information is available at http://nmwaterdialogue.org/id15.html.
